My Breathwork and Meditation journey began over six years ago... a turning point that helped me reconnect with myself and live more intentionally. It was through talk therapy and later conscious connected Breathwork that I experienced the most profound shifts - releasing old patterns, easing grief, trauma and anxiety, and learning to reconnect with myself in a way I hadn’t before.
I spent eight years as a chef, co-founded Two Chaps Deli, and now run a content creation business helping brands tell better stories. With a Certificate in Sport & Performance Psychology, I apply a mindset of discipline and growth in everything I do - from business to personal practice.
Outside of work, I’ve always challenged myself:
• Ultramarathon & Ironman 70.3 finisher
• Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu blue belt
• Former Leinster cricket representative
