About Andrew

My breathwork and meditation journey began over six years ago - a turning point that helped me reconnect with myself and live more intentionally. Through Talk Therapy, Conscious Connected Breathwork, starting my Vision Quest and Plant Medicine Ceremonies, I experienced some of my biggest shifts: easing anxiety, moving through grief and trauma, releasing old patterns, and learning to come back to myself in a way I hadn’t before.

Before all of this, I spent eight years as a chef, co-founded Two Chaps Deli, and later built a content creation business helping brands tell better stories. With a Certificate in Sport & Performance Psychology, and a life built around discipline, resilience and growth, I’ve always been drawn to the deeper layers of why we live the way we do - and how we can live with more clarity, calm, and intention.

Working as a chef also taught me how to work hard - yet smart and efficiently, though I found myself working a lot, this also showed me I don't want to live to work I want to work to live.

Outside of my work, challenging myself has always been part of my journey:

• Ultramarathon & Ironman 70.3 finisher

• Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu blue belt

• Former Leinster cricket representative

Today, my work brings everything together - my lived experience, my training, and my own inner journey.

I help people build more grounded, consistent, and intentional lives through holistic lifestyle & mindset coaching, supported by breathwork and nervous system regulation.

I integrate habits, structure, emotional awareness, and breathwork to help people create real change - not just in their routines, but in how they think, feel, breathe, and show up in their daily life.

This space is for anyone exploring wellness, healing, and conscious living - a place to breathe, slow down, reconnect, and live with more intention and balance.
