Integrating breathwork for grounding, clarity & emotional balance
This coaching is for anyone who feels overwhelmed, unstructured, or disconnected from themselves - and wants to build a more intentional, grounded way of living.
Over the course of our work together, we focus on:

Each week, we meet for a 1:1 session (online), with message support between sessions for accountability, check ins, and guidance.
Breathwork/meditation is woven into the process where helpful - whether it’s grounding techniques, clarity focused breathing, or practices that help reduce stress and create inner space.
This isn’t therapy, and it isn’t fitness coaching.
It’s a grounded, holistic approach to transforming how you live, think, breathe, and show up - one step at a time.

These sessions are designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your breath. Through a blend of Box Breathing, 4-7-8 Breathing, and guided meditation, you’ll learn practical tools to reduce stress, increase emotional balance, and improve day-to-day clarity.
Each session is tailored to your needs - whether your goal is grounding, emotional regulation, or learning simple breathing techniques you can use anytime, anywhere.

A guided 45 minute breathwork session followed by 30 minutes in the Fad Saoil Saunas Greystones.
This session includes Wim Hof style Breathing & and gentle somatic movement such as lymphatic hops, tapping, and arm swings - designed to wake up yet calm the mind & body, activate the nervous system, and set you up for the day.
Breathwork will be held in the back room of Presbyterian Church, Trafalgar Rd, Rathdown Lower, Greystones, Co. Wicklow, A63 RK22 - When you arrive into the carpark its down the alleyway on the left.
After Breathwork we will walk 1 min down the road to Fad Saoil Saunas and enjoy the heat with some optional sea dips in between to cool off.

Purpose of the session:
• Regulate and reset the nervous system
• Improve circulation and breath awareness
• Prepare the body for heat exposure
• Build resilience and grounded energy for the day
• Leave you feeling clear, calm, and activated
What you'll need:
• A mat (If you don't have one I will have a spare)
• Pillow and blanket
• Warm clothes (Heating will be on btw, just incase you want more layers!)
• Swim clothes & towel
• Water
• Your open self :)

Breathwork and sauna experiences may not be suitable for everyone. These sessions are not recommended for individuals with any of the following conditions:
Uncontrolled high blood pressure
Cardiovascular problems or history of heart disease
History of seizures or epilepsy
Detached retina
Recent surgery or serious physical injury
Severe asthma or other serious respiratory conditions
Pregnancy or breastfeeding
Diagnosed bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or severe PTSD
Currently taking medications that significantly alter brain chemistry (e.g. antidepressants, antipsychotics, benzodiazepines)
Any medical or psychological condition that could be affected by intense breathing, heat exposure, or altered states of consciousness
